In 2026, February 24, the day that Special Agent Dale Cooper drives into the fictional town of Twin Peaks, falls on a Tuesday. This means, the event dates needed to be adjusted to the weekend before, Thursday, Feb. 19 to Sunday, Feb. 22.

This event is championed by the North Bend Downtown Foundation, Historic Downtown Snoqualmie and the historic North Bend Theatre, the place where David Lynchs 1992 masterpiece, Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me, had it’s United States premiere on Aug. 16, 1992.

This is the fourth year the event will be held in Snoqualmie Valley. Having attended all previous events, I can say you won’t want to miss it!

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE ANCESTRAL LANDS OF THE SNOQUALMIE INDIAN TRIBE (sdukʷalbixʷ)

One thing that is incredibly important to me is respecting the sacred ancestral lands of the Snoqualmie Indian Tribe—(sdukʷalbixʷ) the People of the Moon, during this event. The Snoqualmie Tribe is the original steward of this land and has lived here since time immemorial.

The 268-foot Snoqualmie Falls holds profound spiritual significance for the Snoqualmie people. It’s a sacred site that is central to the Tribe’s creation story, where prayers are carried up by the mist into the sky.

The Real Twin Peaks event and its attendees honor the enduring presence, cultural heritage, and sovereignty of the Snoqualmie people. I express gratitude for their stewardship of these lands and waters, and recognize their ongoing contributions to the region.

If you attend this event, I hope you will reflect on the deeper histories and connections of this place.
