For the first time ever, Michael Horse, who played Deputy Tommy “Hawk” Hill on David Lynch and Mark Frost’s Twin Peaks will be appearing at the Hollywood Show in Los Angeles, California on Jan. 10-11, 2025.
MEET MICHAEL HORSE AT THE HOLLYWOOD SHOW, JAN 10-11, 2025
The Hollywood Show is a well-known pop culture event held quarterly in Southern California and Chicago. Attendees can interact with actors, writers, and performers while collecting autographs and taking photos with the stars. Since 2008, the Hollywood Show has been owned by entertainment industry veteran David Elkouby and his wife Ester Elkouby.
You may recall I discussed a major Twin Peaks cast and crew reunion held at the Hollywood Show in October 2010. During that show, on-set photographer and publicist for Twin Peaks, Paula K. Shimatsu-u, released a series of promotional trading cards. More recently, Lara Flynn Boyle held a private signing event at the July 2024 show.
The January 2025 event will be held at the Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport Hotel located at 2500 North Hollywood Way in Burbank, California. On Friday, doors are open from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. while on Saturday, the event will run from 10 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Individuals with early bird admission will enter the show one hour earlier. Parking for Hollywood Show will be $16.96 plus tax per day ($19.00 total). Kids ages 10 and younger get in FREE!

The image used is from a publicity photo of Horse as Deputy Hawk. It was take on the Double R Diner set as part of promotional photos for the show’s first season.
I’m happy he will attend the Hollywood Show as his character played such an important role in all three seasons. Michael was also the first Twin Peaks celebrity I met at the Twin Peaks Fan Festival in August 1996. I recall gathering at Kiana Lodge in Poulsbo, Washington just before the celebrity dinner on August 9. He signed a crudely printed publicity photo and we posed for the picture above.
