Ten Unique Things to Do at Real Twin Peaks, Feb. 19-22, 2026

Image collage of things from The Real Twin Peaks

The Real Twin Peaks event returns to Snoqualmie Valley, Washington from February 19-22, 2026. This four-day event offers plenty of free activities in the towns where David Lynch and Mark Frost filmed their groundbreaking show. Here are ten unique things to do that will make your visit wonderful and strange.

VISIT TWIN PEAKS LOCATIONS

Google Maps

There are plenty of locations throughout Snoqualmie Valley that appear in Twin PeaksTwin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me and Twin Peaks: The Return. The Real Twin Peaks has created a Proxy Map – https://map.proxi.co/r/X–eTUC96PNMT1NMt943 – that lists directions many of these locations. They include links to articles I’ve published on this page – Twin Peaks Film Locations.

Film Location tour card

I will be hosting two walking tours of Olallie State Park on Thursday, February 19 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday, February 22 from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. Weeks Falls Trail in the state park served as the backdrop for many locations. You will need a Discover Pass to visit the park which can be found online or at the park’s entrance.

Meet me in the parking lot at the entrance to Weeks Falls Trail located at 51350 SE Homestead Valley Rd outside North Bend.

TWIN PEAKS DAY BRUNCH AT SALISH LODGE & SPA | FEB. 20-24, 2026

Salish Lodge Breakfast

One of my favorite traditions for the Real Twin Peaks event is having Twin Peaks Day brunch at Salish Lodge & Spa. From Friday, February 20 to Tuesday, February 24, The Restaurant at the hotel will celebrate the iconic 90s tv show with an expertly crafted menu of specials. Order anything from the special menu and receive a complimentary Room 315 key tag.

DISCOVER LOCAL ARTISTS AT THE ART GALLERY OF SNOVALLEY

The Art Gallery of SnoValley in downtown Snoqualmie offers a wonderfully curated assortment of local Washington state artists. From February 19-22, they will be celebrating Twin Peaks Days with original works inspired by Twin Peaks and director David Lynch. They are offering damn fine cups of coffee to enjoy while you explore the gallery.

The Art Gallery of SnoValley is open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. In addition to Twin Peaks artwork, they carry other pieces inspired by the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

BIG ED’S GAS FARM SIGN AT THE LINE

Real Twin Peaks 2024

The Big Ed’s Gas Farm sign returns to The Line Bike Experience, located at 1130 E North Bend Way.  This Snoqualmie Valley bike shop wants to help people experience the fun of biking by making the “right equipment available, where it’s used, at low cost and to help riders with the skills and knowledge they need to enjoy bikes.”

It also served as the film location for Big Ed’s in Twin Peaks: The Return.  The team there is the nicest folks and invite fans to stop by for a photo op with a recreated sign.

HEAR FROM EMMY AWARD-NOMINATED TWIN PEAKS WRITER HARLEY PEYTON

Harley Peyton at the North Bend Theatre

There are several free panel discussions being held during the Real Twin Peaks event on Thursday through Sunday. The one I’m looking forward to the most is hearing from Twin Peaks writer and co-producer Harley Peyton. His script for episode 1.003 (Laura Palmer’s funeral) was nominated for an Emmy Award in 1990. Authors Scott Ryan and John Thorne will speak with Peyton at the historic North Bend Theatre on Saturday, February 21 from 11:00 a.m. to Noon.

Twin Peaks would not be the show we have all loved for more than three decades without Harley’s work. Some of the best dialogue that everyone quotes came from Peyton’s pen (see Quotable Peaks – Give Yourself a Present for a great example).

Thank you to the Snoqualmie Inn for sponsoring this conversation.

LEARN MORE ABOUT SNOQUALMIE VALLEY’S FASCINATING HISTORY

Exterior of Snoqualmie Valley Historical Museum

The Snoqualmie Valley Historical Museum, located at 320 Bendigo Blvd South in North Bend, contains a wealth of information about the region’s history. The museum is open Thursdays through Tuesdays from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. They have a small gift shop and rotating exhibits. I find their social media accounts on Facebook and Instagram extremely useful as I connect the Real Twin Peaks to Frost and Lynch’s fictional world.

DAMN FINE DANCE PARTY AT SNOQUALMIE FALLS BREWERY

Join us for a night of surreal beats at the Snoqualmie Falls Brewery on Saturday, February 22 from 9:00 p.m. to midnight. Admission is free and fancy dress is encouraged. The dance parties during the Real Twin Peaks events are incredibly fun, especially with music by DJ Dwaine and DJ Malice. The brewery is located at 8032 Falls Avenue SE in Snoqualmie. The video above is from Real Twin Peaks 2024 when it was the Pink Room Dance Party.

LEO NEEDS NEW BOOKS

I can’t get enough of books about my favorite television show and director. This year, two authors will be signing their new releases during the Real Twin Peaks event.

Dreamer's Path Card

Meet Brent Simon, an award-winning entertainment journalist who has contributed to dozens of international and domestic publications both as a freelancer and through a variety of masthead tenures. His new book, The Dreamer’s Path: Twin Peaks and David Lynch the Actor,” approaches Lynch’s canon from a distinctive angle, seeking to unpack and assay the sum of his work as an on-screen performer and, by extension, where and how this unique and heretofore unexplored part of his enormous creative output intersects with his broader embrace of “the art life.”

This release will take place on Friday, February 20 starting at 1:00 p.m. in the North Bend Trading Co. located at 111 E. North Bend Way, Ste. A, North Bend.

Event card for book singing with Scott Meslow

In “A Place Both Wonderful and Strange: The Extraordinary Untold History of Twin Peaks,” entertainment reporter Scott Meslow takes readers behind the curtain of Lynch’s and Frost’s dedication to finishing what they started, with both the prequel film and Showtime’s Twin Peaks: The Return, offering dozens of original and revelatory interviews that cast a whole new light on the extraordinary show. Read a review of Scott’s book HERE

He will be signing books on Sunday, February 22 starting at 11:00 a.m. in Books & Bottles located at 8130 Railroad Avenue #102 in Snoqualmie.
