I would love to see the mind of Special Agent Dale Cooper in action. You know, like a Twin Peaks version of Disney-Pixar’s Inside Out (I mean Kyle MacLachlan did voice Riley’s dad in that film). The closest I’m going to get is new artwork from Geo Law that is part of a collaboration with Society6 celebrating 30 years of David Lynch and Mark Frost’s masterpiece.
Every print in this special Twin Peaks 30th Anniversary collection was hand-selected by David Lynch. In addition to art prints, these designs will also be available on a number of accessories, home decor, wall art and more.
JUNE 4 – GEO LAW
London-based illustrator, gif maker and wall doodler Geo Law created this stunning image of Special Agent Dale Cooper surrounded by some recognizable symbols. He appropriately titled the work, “Dale Cooper’s Thoughts.”
Society6 introduced this new artwork on June 4. The image above is an alternate view from their website.
Geo was inspired by this memorable exchange between Special Agent Dale Cooper and Dr. Lawrence Jacoby in Episode 1004.
SEASON 3 CONNECTION
The scene also has a connection to Season 3. In Part 5, Special Agent Tammy Preston holds a headshot of the Special Agent.
The shot was taken directly from Episode 1004 when Cooper questions Jacoby.
THE PRODUCTS
Geo’s artwork is included on a variety of items including apparel for women and men, home decor, a tote bag and art prints.
Can we also talk for a moment about the fact the artwork is available as a duvet cover for Full to King size beds? I’m seriously doubtful my wife will permit this one for the guest bedroom. But come on!!
THE ARTIST
Using his trusty pens, Geo has created artwork for digital production, print and even interior decor with mural works. His interests range from following forms of visual culture, art, music, film, books, drinking coffee and following the football.
You can follow him on Instagram (@GeoLaw) or visit his website. He also has other items available on Society6 found HERE.
