My examination of Twin Peaks costumes continues with a look at Leland Palmer (Ray Wise) from Season 1. Similar to Audrey Horne, there were two costumers since Leland appeared in both the Pilot episode and episodes 1.001-1.007.
After a 25 year hiatus, we return to the Palmer House in Twin Peaks – Season 3 on Showtime. The crew returned to the original home used both in the Pilot Episode and David Lynch’s 1992 film, Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me. The establishing shots of the Palmer house in Seasons 1 and 2 were of…
The Palmer House plays an important role in David Lynch’s 1992 film Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me. For the Pilot Episode, Lynch and team used the interiors for this home. Ten days ago on June 10, Tel-Aviv artist Shilat gave us her Laura Palmer inspired design titled “Meanwhile.” She returns today to Society6 with a neon-colored version of this iconic hand gesture from Mark Frost and David Lynch’s masterpiece.

Cherry pie and David Lynch and Mark Frost’s wonderful and strange show go hand-in-hand, with the delicious dessert being mentioned about 30 minutes into the Pilot Episode. With that in mind, the title of today’s Society6 artwork by Marissa…
As a collector of prop replicas, I love it when an item is featured so prominently that it’s easy to identify the make and model. There are several clear shots of Donna Hayward’s cassette player as the gang listens to tapes that Laura has recorded for Dr. Jacoby.
One of the most memorable lines of dialogue from the Season 2 opener is spoken by the Giant who visits a wounded Special Agent Dale Cooper. While providing Cooper with three clues, he remarks, “The owls are not what they seem.” This line is also the subject of today’s 30th Anniversary artwork by artist Sarah…
Audrey Horne (played by Sherilyn Fenn) is a powerhouse character in David Lynch and Mark Frost’s Twin Peaks. She transformed from innocent schoolgirl to empowered woman to … well, the verdict is still out on Season 3. She’s also the subject of today’s 30th Anniversary artwork on Society6.
