Recently, long-time David Lynch collaborator Sabrina Sutherland shared a behind-the-scenes photo of the Palmer family from Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me. The Instagram post featured Grace Zabriskie, Sheryl Lee and Ray Wise gathered in the Palmer family dining room on location in Everett, Washington. The image is similar to other promotional stills captured by…
Leading up to the UK release of Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me on November 20, 1992, the Daily Mirror Xtra ran a contest for readers to win a trip to the real Twin Peaks of Snoqualmie Valley, Washington. They also were giving away tickets to a special advanced screening of David Lynch’s masterpiece being…
While other parts of the world experienced Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me earlier in 1992, the United Kingdom wouldn’t see David Lynch’s masterpiece until November 20 that year. Interestingly, the film’s release was almost three years after the Twin Peaks pilot was released in the country on December 8, 1989. Here’s a look back…
The music of David Lynch and Mark Frost’s Twin Peaks was my gateway to the show. I borrowed the official soundtrack from my local library in September 1993 before I even saw a frame of the series. I was obsessed with the haunting score composed by the late Angelo Badalamenti. Today, there is always [Twin Peaks]…
I adore the first 35 minutes of David Lynch’s Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me, particularly the scenes at Hap’s Diner with Special Agents Chet Desmond and Sam Stanley. While I was saddened at hearing the Hap’s Diner building in Fall City, Washington was recently demolished, I’ve got good news. With thanks to some incredible Twin Peaks fans,…

On August 16, 1992, David Lynch’s Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me had its theatrical debut in the United States during the first Twin Peaks Fan Festival in North Bend, Washington. The North Bend Cinema, now known as the North Bend Theatre, hosted this star-studded premiere organized by New Line Cinema. Now, 32 years later, Sheryl…
I adore mid-century modern design which is probably why I’m in love with Twin Peaks and Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me. Furniture, artwork and more from the 1950s and 1960s are found everywhere throughout the series and film. I can now add two more items to the growing list of props or set decorating from this…
