The Real Twin Peaks 2027 event returns to Snoqualmie Valley, Washington from February 18-22, 2027. This fan-created celebration of the towns where Mark Frost and David Lynch filmed their groundbreaking television series and feature film includes five days of wonderful and strange fun throughout North Bend and Snoqualmie with free themed panel discussions, movie screenings, pub-style trivia, local business events, themed merchandise and more.
THE REAL TWIN PEAKS 2027 | FEBRUARY 18-22, 2027
The Real Twin Peaks event is not a convention, but a series of coordinated events and celebrations planned by passion fans in and around the Snoqualmie Valley where the television series Twin Peaks and 1992 motion picture Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me was filmed.
In 2027, events will be held from Thursday, February 18 through Monday, February 22.
Next year, the event will mark the tenth anniversary Twin Peaks: The Return which debuted on Showtime in May 2017. From the Twin Peaks Sheriff’s Department to Nadine’s Run Silent, Run Drapes to the woods outside Twin Peaks, you can visit many Snoqualmie Valley film locations as seen in the show’s mysterious third season.
The 2027 poster was designed Nick Janson (@RuthTaylorShop) who was selected from several outstanding entries as part of a poster contest.
“I started watching Twin Peaks with my wife in the fall of 2024,” explained Nick when I asked him when he first watching David Lynch and Mark Frost’s show. “This was both our first time watching the series which was better late than never. I immediately realized [Twin Peaks] was going to be some of the best television I’ll ever watch. We watched the first two seasons, Twin Peaks: The Return and the rest of David Lynch’s work.”
If you plan on staying in town until Twin Peaks Day on Wednesday, February 24, fans are invited to meet at 11:30 a.m. for a photo op at the iconic sign spot location along Reinig Road in Snoqualmie, Washington. Other “low key” gatherings are planned for the days between February 22-24 for those staying a little longer than the event weekend.
This event is made possible by dedicated fans who love this show beyond reason and also by the nonprofit organization The Real Twin Peaks, Jeff Warren State Farm (who has a replica “Welcome to Twin Peaks” sign in Snoqualmie), North Bend Downtown Foundation, Historic Downtown Snoqualmie, Snoqualmie Inn by Hotel America, North Bend Theatre, and fellow Bookhouse Boy Brian Liddicot from Haselton, Haselton & Liddicoat, LLP.
WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE REAL TWIN PEAKS EVENT?
Since Twin Peaks fans are party people, you can expect a weekend of fun among the firs. This event is created by fans for fans! You will meet and connect with people from around the world in a setting that is both friendly and welcoming to all. If you arrive in town as a stranger, I guarantee you will leave as a friend.
Many free activities will take place throughout the weekend, such as fan-created panel discussions, a costume contest and a trivia contest. Previous panel discussions have included conversations with folks who worked on the show; in-depth analysis of characters; explorations of props, costumes and other behind-the-scenes details; insightful history about Washington state filming locations and more.
The small towns offer plenty of shops and restaurants to find perfect souvenirs or delicious meals. During the Real Twin Peaks event weekend, many places offer specially designed and curated merchandise along with unique food and beverage specials.
Some events on Friday, February 19 and Saturday, February 20 will have tickets for sale (coming soon!). This will include tickets for programming at the historic North Bend Theatre. In previous years, these ticketed activities have included musical performances, dance parties and special movie screenings.
