When it comes to collecting Twin Peaks-related items, I love rare ephemera such as these greetings cards created by Lynch-Frost Productions. These cards weren’t sold in stores. Rather they were used for correspondence from David Lynch and Mark Frost’s production company.
TWIN PEAKS GREETING CARDS FROM LYNCH-FROST PRODUCTIONS

David Lynch and Mark Frost formed a production company named Lynch-Frost Productions, Inc. to create their groundbreaking television show, Twin Peaks.
“When you’re able to control all the aspects – casting, costumes, etcetera – you end up with a product you wanted,” Frost told The Miami Herald’s Hal Boedeker in an April 8, 1990 article titled, “Peaks pushes TV Boundaries.”
Since they were a production company, they naturally created official stationery like themed greeting cards.
With thanks to my fellow Bookhouse Boy and Twin Peaks Blog author Vinnie Guidera, I can share a look at the first card created during the show’s initial run in 1990-1991. The image features the “Welcome to Twin Peaks” sign along Reinig Road in Snoqualmie, Washington along with the “Twin Peaks” logo. The card Vinnie shared with me is blank on the inside.
The was an alternate card printed during the holidays in late 1990 containing a folksy, pre-printed holiday greetings.
RANCHO ROSA PARTNERSHIP GREETING CARD

Decades later in 2017, Frost and Lynch formed Rancho Rosa Partnership to produce Twin Peaks: The Return for Showtime. The company filed Articles of Incorporation in the State of California on Monday, May 4, 2015. The business address was listed 9255 Sunset Boulevard, Suite 300 in Los Angeles, California.
In Washington state, it was incorporated on August 19, 2015 and dissolved on November 30, 2016 with the business address listed as 15001 Calvert Street in Van Nuys, California. This was the soundstage Frost and Lynch used for filming the third season.
I received this “Rancho Rosa” production card after buying something from Producer Sabrina Sutherland via her eBay shop. The card included a lovely handwritten note from Sabrina thanking me for the purchase.

A similar graphic was used in a full page advertisement published in the SnoValley Star on Nov. 13, 2015 thanking Snoqualmie Valley businesses for supporting the production of Twin Peaks: The Return.
I’ll update this article if I find more unique ephemera from the Lynch and Frost’s production company.
