Twin Peaks Collection By Fright Rags Returns for Show’s 35th Anniversary

Three Twin Peaks t-shirts from Fright Rags

Fright Rags, the leader in officially licensed horror apparel and accessories, is re-releasing popular designs inspired by Mark Frost and David Lynch’s Twin Peaks in honor of the show’s 35th anniversary on April 8, 2025. Featuring designs first released in 2020 and 2021, these items are currently available for pre-order and will be shipping the week of May 2. Here’s a round up of must-have things you don’t want to miss.

BRIEF HISTORY OF FRIGHT RAGS

Ben Scrivens founded Fright-Rags more than 22 years ago in Rochester, New York. A horror fan since first seeing John Carpenter’s Halloween  at the age of four, Ben discovered companies producing quality, horror-related apparel didn’t exist in the early 2000s.

Being a graphic designer by trade, he began posting designs on a horror forum run by Justin Marby. The response was overwhelmingly positive, which lead him to producing his first run of shirts for about $600. The first order arrived on September 2, 2003, and the rest is history. Ben said his company is focused “on making the most kick-ass t-shirts, and backing them with the best possible service.”

Artist Joe Guy Allard designed the “Welcome to Twin Peaks” t-shirt which was inspired by the iconic sign listing the town’s population of 51,201.

The shirt was originally released in 2021 and is available either printed on super soft 4.5oz 100% pre-shrunk ringspun cotton shirts. A Comfort Colors option is new this year. The shirt is printed on Heavyweight 6.1oz 100% ringspun cotton shirts with a relaxed fit, seamless body and the garment dyed with a vintage, lived in feel.

 DOUBLE R DINER

I adore the Double R Diner t-shirt designed by Kyle Crawford (Instagram: @kyleisez). This artwork was first released in 2021 and it’s a perfect nod to the small town diner where pies go when they die.

In fact, I’ve worn the shirt at Twede’s Cafe located in North Bend, Washington while enjoying pie and coffee. This restaurant is where the Double R Diner was filmed during the pilot, Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me and Twin Peaks: The Return.

Those on a distribution list for Fright Rags, received an email advertising the officially licensed reprints.

I’m happy to know that retails continue seeing Twin Peaks as a viable property that generates business. If they release it, it seems like I will buy it all.
