In honor of the second anniversary of the premiere of Twin Peaks on Showtime, I’m giving Ruth Davenport’s apartment the Vacant Peaks treatment. This Buckhorn, South Dakota location was only seen in Part 1 which makes this article a short one (there weren’t many shots without people). In reality, her apartment was shot at a building in southern California (more on that location later). I wonder … did Chip ever get a phone?
